For your first activity, you will need to click on the link below for National Geographic's guided tour of the Underground Railroad. As you move through the guided tour, you will need to answer the questions on the attached worksheet. When you are finished with the tour and your worksheet, please return to this blog and complete the following assignment:

You are an escaped slave somewhere on the underground railroad. Write a journal entry as if you have finally found a safe place to rest for the night. Describe where you are and the events of the day.
